01Make a stronger first impression
Your website should build confidence in your business, not leave people wondering whether they should keep looking.
Custom websites, branding & creative services
I create custom WordPress websites and brand experiences that look professional, feel like you and make it easier for potential customers to understand what you offer.
No generic template with your logo dropped into it. No confusing design choices just because they look trendy. Just a website built around your business, your customers and what you actually need it to do.
When your online presence falls short
You might do great work, treat your customers well and genuinely care about what you offer. But potential customers can only judge your business based on what they can see.
Maybe you don’t have a website yet. Maybe the one you have feels outdated, confusing or like it belongs to a completely different business. Either way, it can make people hesitate before they ever speak to you.
Soulsite Studio creates websites that help your business look as professional online as it actually is in real life.
01Your website should build confidence in your business, not leave people wondering whether they should keep looking.
02People should be able to quickly figure out what you offer, who it’s for and what they need to do next.
03A clear structure and well-placed calls to action can guide people towards contacting you, requesting a quote, booking or making a purchase.
What I can help with
A good website needs more than attractive colours and a few polished images. The design, messaging, branding and overall experience need to work together.

Others need room to explain several services. Some need a full online store. These packages give you a clear starting point without forcing you to pay for things you don’t need.

Selected work
I’m still building the Soulsite Studio portfolio, and I’m not going to pretend it’s larger than it is.
What I can show you is the level of thought, care and detail I put into every project. Each website is designed around the actual business rather than forcing every client into the same visual formula.

View ProjectHow it works
Building a website can sound overwhelming when people start throwing around technical terms and turning every decision into a ten-person meeting.
I’d rather keep the process clear, explain what matters and guide you through each step without making you feel like you need to become a web designer yourself.
See The Full Process
01Discovery
We start by figuring out what your business needs, who the website is for and what you want visitors to do.
You’ll complete a focused project questionnaire, and we’ll discuss your goals, services, style, content and any features the website needs.
02Design
I turn everything we discussed into a website that feels right for your business.
You’ll be able to review the direction, give feedback and request revisions before the website is finalized. I won’t expect you to know technical design terminology. You can simply tell me what feels right, what doesn’t and why.
03Deliver
Once everything is approved, I finish the setup, test the website and prepare it for launch.
I’ll make sure it works across desktop, tablet and mobile, then show you what you need to know to manage the website without feeling completely lost.
The person behind Soulsite Studio
I’m Lucas Ayers, the designer behind Soulsite Studio.
I’ve always been someone who notices when something feels off. The spacing, the colours, the wording, the flow of a page or the way a business presents itself. I’ll be honest, that attention to detail can turn into perfectionism pretty quickly, but it also means I genuinely care about getting the small things right.
Soulsite Studio came from wanting to build websites that feel more personal, thoughtful and connected to the businesses they represent.
I use modern tools, including AI, to make the process more efficient and give smaller businesses access to work that would normally cost much more to produce. But the website isn’t just spat out by a machine and handed over. I make the decisions, shape the direction and refine everything until it feels like one complete experience.
I’m still building the business myself, so I understand what it’s like to care deeply about an idea while also watching your budget. I’m not here to pressure you into buying the biggest package. I’d rather be honest about what your business actually needs and build something that gives you a strong foundation to grow from.
More About MeWhy Soulsite Studio
There are plenty of places that can build you a website. Soulsite Studio is for businesses that want something more personal than a recycled template but still want the process to feel straightforward and manageable.
01Your website will be shaped around your goals, customers and personality rather than whichever template happens to be easiest to reuse.
02I’ll tell you what I genuinely think your business needs, even when that means recommending something smaller or less expensive.
03I’ll explain things in normal language and keep you informed throughout the project. You shouldn’t have to decode a pile of web-design jargon just to understand what’s happening.
04Typography, spacing, mobile design, messaging and the overall flow all matter. I pay attention to how those pieces work together instead of only focusing on whether the homepage looks impressive.
Frequently asked questions
Not necessarily.
It helps if you already have information about your business, services and customers, but it doesn’t need to be perfectly written or organized. You can send me rough notes, existing content or whatever you currently have, and I can help shape it into clearer website copy.
If you need more extensive copywriting or blog content, that can also be added to your project.
Yes. Every website is designed and tested for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
That should honestly be standard by now, but poorly designed mobile websites are still everywhere, so it’s worth confirming.
The websites are custom-designed and custom-coded for each business.
I may use established systems, tools and development methods to build the website efficiently, but I’m not taking a generic premade layout, changing the colours and pretending it was made specifically for you.
Yes.
Your website will be built with WordPress, and I’ll structure the editable areas so you can make common updates without touching the code. I’ll also explain how to manage the parts of the website you’re likely to change.
Yes.
I can redesign an outdated or underperforming website while keeping any useful content, branding or functionality worth carrying over. We’ll look at what’s working, what isn’t and what needs to change instead of automatically throwing everything away.
I can help you choose and set up your domain and hosting, but they will remain registered in your name.
I don’t believe your business should be trapped with a designer because they control the accounts your website depends on.
Basic brand direction is included in the website packages so the colours, typography and visual style feel consistent.
More extensive branding, such as a full logo system, detailed brand strategy or complete voice development, may require an additional branding package depending on what you already have.
The timeline depends on the size and complexity of the project, how quickly content and feedback are provided and whether any additional services are included.
You’ll receive a clearer timeline before the project begins, so you’re not left wondering when your website is actually going to be finished.
Each package includes a defined revision stage so you have a proper chance to review the design and request reasonable changes.
The goal isn’t to limit you from speaking up. It’s to keep the project organized and prevent it from turning into an endless cycle of changing things, changing them back and forgetting why we changed them in the first place.
Payment schedules can be divided into project milestones depending on the package and total cost.
The exact schedule will be outlined in your proposal before any work begins.
I’ll need information about your business, services, customers, goals and design preferences. I may also need your logo, images, existing brand materials and any website content you already have.
You’ll receive a focused questionnaire so everything is collected in one place rather than asking you a new question every other day.
I’ll test the final website, help you understand how to manage it and make sure you have access to the accounts and information connected to it.
Ongoing maintenance, content updates, SEO and other support can also be arranged when needed.
Ready when you are
Whether you’re starting from nothing or tired of a website that no longer represents you, we can figure out what your business actually needs and build from there.
No pressure to already have everything planned. That’s part of what I’m here to help with.
Tell me about your business, your goals and what isn’t working right now.
