Agreement to these terms
This website is operated by Soulsite Studio in Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to use the website only for lawful purposes. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
Information about services
Website descriptions, package details, starting prices, examples and estimated timelines are general information. They are not a binding quote, guarantee or project agreement. Every client project is governed by a separate written proposal or contract that establishes the final scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, revisions, ownership, licences and timeline. If a project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement controls for that project.
Intellectual property ownership
Unless a different owner is identified, Soulsite Studio owns or is licensed to use the original material presented on this website. This includes the website copy, visual design, page layouts, graphics, illustrations, photographs, videos, animations, logos, brand elements, case-study presentations, downloadable materials, source files, custom code, reusable components and the selection and arrangement of those materials.
Client names, trademarks, logos, photographs and other client-owned materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in the portfolio does not grant anyone permission to use them.
Limited permission to view the website
Soulsite Studio gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access and view the website for your own lawful, personal or internal business evaluation. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Prohibited copying and misuse
Without prior written permission from Soulsite Studio or the applicable rights holder, you may not:
- copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit substantial portions of this website or its content;
- clone, mirror or recreate the website, its original page compositions, distinctive visual presentation or branded interactions;
- remove copyright, trademark, attribution or ownership notices;
- hotlink to protected images, videos or downloadable files, or frame the website inside another service;
- use automated tools to scrape, harvest, systematically download or extract website content beyond ordinary search-engine indexing;
- use original website content, project presentations or media to train, fine-tune, evaluate or supply a machine-learning or generative-AI dataset without written permission;
- misrepresent Soulsite Studio’s work as your own or imply an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist;
- interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, evade access controls or place an unreasonable load on the website.
Copyright protects original expression rather than general ideas, styles or themes. These terms are not intended to prevent lawful inspiration, commentary, criticism or other uses permitted by applicable law.
Permission requests and infringement reports
If you would like to reproduce any material or believe content on this website infringes your rights, contact Soulsite Studio with the relevant URL, a description of the material, the requested use or claimed right, and your contact information.
Portfolio and third-party material
Portfolio presentations may show client work, concept work and links to third-party websites. Third-party websites, platforms, tools and embedded services are controlled by their respective operators. Soulsite Studio is not responsible for their availability, security, content, terms or privacy practices.
Enquiries and submissions
You are responsible for ensuring that information and materials you send through an enquiry, booking tool or project discussion are accurate and that you have permission to share them. Sending an enquiry does not by itself create a client relationship or an obligation to accept a project. Project-specific confidentiality and ownership obligations for accepted work are established in the applicable project agreement, while personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
No guaranteed results
Soulsite Studio aims to provide accurate and useful information, but website content is provided for general informational purposes. Search rankings, traffic, sales, revenue, conversions, business growth and other outcomes depend on factors outside Soulsite Studio’s control and are not guaranteed.
Availability and warranties
The website may occasionally be unavailable, contain errors or change without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Soulsite Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its general information. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Suspension and enforcement
Soulsite Studio may restrict or block access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its visitors, its intellectual property or its service providers. Suspected infringement or misuse may be documented and reported to hosting providers, platforms, search engines, rights-enforcement services or appropriate authorities.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from the date they are posted, subject to applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply in your location. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought before a court with jurisdiction in Ontario, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
